Seth L. Cooper is a native of Snohomish County, where he lives with his wife, three beautiful daughters and son. He graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 1999 and earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law in 2003. From 2005 to 2006, Seth clerked at the Washington Supreme Court for the Honorable James Johnson.

Seth’s prior work in the area of public policy spans issues such as local government, education, telecommunications and information technology. He has published articles in the Gonzaga Law Review, CommLaw Conspectus, and in a number of periodicals and newspapers.

Seth has authored or co-authored amicus curiae briefs in cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Washington Supreme Court, and other federal and state courts.

Seth’s primary areas of legal practice include: wills and probate, business organizations and licensing, non-profit organizations, and administrative law. Seth’s legal services also include appellate work, bankruptcy (chapter 7) and criminal record expungement (vacating felony or misdemeanor convictions).
