Geoff is also a frequent presenter at Continuing Legal Education seminars, writing materials and speaking to attorneys and paralegals on topics relating to probate, estate planning, trust and trust administration, guardianship and legal ethics relating to the elder law practitioner. He has been invited to speak at over 30 Continuing Legal Education seminars over the past 15 years. He has written extensively on subjects relating to probate, guardianship, trusts and estate planning.
