Paralegal to M. Geoffrey G. Jones and Henry T. Newton
Tami began working in the legal profession when she was hired as a receptionist over 35 years ago at the law firm of Powell & Powell. She left the firm when her son was born but continued to take courses at Edmonds Community College, working toward her degree in Paralegal Studies while raising her family. Along the way she found a passion for working with art glass and enjoyed more than 20 years working in a variety of positions in the art glass industry before returning to the legal field.
She graduated from the Edmonds Community College Paralegal program in 2010. Following graduation she worked for a firm in Seattle until October 2016 when she joined Newton Kight as a paralegal for M. Geoffrey G. Jones and Henry T. Newton.
In her spare time she enjoys cooking, gardening, walking with her dog, time with friends and family, and watching the Seahawks and the Mariners.
